Woodward Property Group was founded in 2012 by Michael Woodward Sr. His hands-on background in the trades, investing, and renovation is the foundation the whole firm is built on — combining real construction know-how with local Metro Atlanta market knowledge to help investors and landlords across nine counties.

Michael grew up learning the trades, working alongside his grandfather, father, and great uncle on handyman and maintenance jobs while growing up in Miami and during visits with his grandfather in New York. He bought and renovated his first property himself at just 20 years old — the start of a lifelong career in real estate.
He went on to college and became a full-time teacher in Metro Atlanta, investing in rental property, flipping, and running renovations across the metro on the side. The work kept growing, and in 2012 Michael left teaching to go all in — founding Woodward Property Group and building the renovation side of the business until it became its own division, Woodward Renovations Inc.
Today Michael leads a firm that helps investors with the entire rental lifecycle — acquisition, renovation through Woodward Renovations Inc., leasing, management, maintenance, and inspections — backed by an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and partnerships throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
